Dr. Sonia Malani is a physician, author, and researcher. Dr. Malani graduated from Bastyr University and went on to complete a 2-year accredited integrative oncology residency at AIMS Institute under the supervision of Dr. Leanna Standish ND, PhD, FABNO and Dr. Sunil Aggarwal MD, PhD, FAAPMR in Seattle, WA. She is board certified in naturopathic oncology. She is a contributing author to Ann Berger’s 5th Edition of Principles and Practice of Palliative Care and Supportive Oncology. Dr. Malani is also a co-investigator of the AIMS Cancer Outcomes Study (ACOS). She has received specialized training using cannabinoids for chronic pain and entheogens for existential distress. She is an out-of-the-box systems thinker with a strong tenacity to understand the root cause of disease. She is actively involved with research and currently working on epigenetic, oncology, and psychoneuroimmunology clinical trials nationwide.
